Services Offered:

(in-person and telehealth available)

Free introductory Phone Call - this is a 15 minute phone call where we will discuss your reasons for seeking treatment / prior treatment history to assess appropriateness of fit.

Initial Consultation - our first visit will consist of a 60-90minute interview surrounding your presenting mental health concerns. By the end of the visit, we will collectively decide the best course of action with the possibility and frequency of followup visits.

Medication Management - these sessions are typically 20-30minutes in length with the primary goal to monitor the progress toward your treatment goals, assess need for regimen adjustment, and screen for potential side effects or concerns.

Psychotherapy - therapy sessions are 45-50min in length, aimed at fostering an understanding of who you are and the individual challenges you experience.

Med Management + Psychotherapy - these are 45-50min psychotherapy sessions with time dedicated to the management of psychotropic medications.

Dr. M is an out-of-network provider; however, depending on your insurance provider - you may be able to recieve partial reimbursement
